I represent issuers, investors and investment banks on cross-border equity capital markets transactions. Based in London, I help European companies access the capital markets and in the past three years have advised on more than 30 IPOs and other capital raisings. I have worked on IPOs and listings on most European exchanges and has significant experience advising on US-registered offerings by European issuers. I also advise listed companies on US securities law matters and corporate governance. I am consistently named as a leading individual for equity capital markets work by publications in the UK, including IFLR1000 and Legal 500.
